Produced in the valley of the Brenne, situated in central France, Pouligyn Saint Perrier is often known as the pyramid, or Eiffel tower because of it’s clone shape. Made with goat’s milk, the texture is soft and moist. The palate is is sour on entry, followed by nutty sweetness.
